MDJ’s experience is rooted in roles at Xerox and Vodafone, which formed the foundation of his career. He’s led Sales and Marketing efforts through four successful exits in the SaaS industry across diverse sectors.
At Sage Plc, he spearheaded the ISV ecosystem transition as the company shifted from on-premise licensing to a cloud-first SaaS model. Following the acquisition at Avvio, he continued as CCO for the broader group for an additional 12 months.
